Delivery Notice:Normal delivery lead times are anywhere between 4-6 weeks on average, depending on weather and material availability. Please note that our storage buildings are a special order and are subject to no cancelation after 72 hours.
Delivery Leveling
Building will arrive fully constructed at the customers site on a truck and trailer. We will need prior clearance to install the building. Customerneeds to purchase 1” solid concrete pavers from Lowe’s to go under building. Seeyour Lowe’s associate for number of blocks needed. Pea gravel should be bought toput under the pavers, 3-5 bags depending on building size. Normal lead time 6-8weeks for delivery, weather permitting, and depending on permitting, except in unusual circumstances. Custome is required to be onsite during delivery and is responsible to instruct the installer where to place the building according to any approved site\permit plans. Return visits, if available, to relocate are at the expense of the customer.
Knockdown Kits are Available to Avoid Built on Site Fee, at Retail Price, No Instructions are Provided, Basic Construction Skill Level is Neededif Customer can not take a fully built building
